David McAlister, III
Founder/Owner/Chief Textile TechnologistDavid is an executive and researcher working across the full textile value chain from fiber production through finished fabric to cut and sew. His manufacturing experience spans greenfield start-ups, operations management, equipment evaluation, quality control, product development, and strategy. His research work includes applied research, graduate instruction and research advising, research program development and management, published work, industry presentations, and standards committee service. He has extensive international experience throughout.
David holds a B.S. in General Management from Jacksonville State University, an M.S. in Textile Science from the Institute of Textile Technology, and a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from Lacrosse University.
Bob Carswell
Principal Consultant - Circular Textile SystemsBob co-founded and scaled one of the first vertically integrated circular textile production facilities in the U.S., leading R&D and production of recycled fibers and yarns from post-industrial and post-consumer waste. His experience spans process design, equipment selection and commissioning, quality systems, and full operations ownership, along with CAD/CNC pattern work in furniture manufacturing and eight years teaching engineering fundamentals.
He holds degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering and industrial certifications from Stoll, Trützschler, and Rieter.
M. Lane
Director of Content & ProductionM. Lane leads content and production at Texoligy Creative, turning complex material and technical subjects into clear, compelling content across video, social, web, and the written word. With a background in broadcast production, journalism, and digital marketing, she's a full-stack creator (concept, shoot, edit, write, and design) who makes sure strategy comes to life and gets seen. She's the Texoligy Creative’s execution engine.
